When will my subscription box ship?

We aim to start dispatching your Bi monthly Subscription boxes at the end of each renewal month. For example:

Your May box, paid on the 1st of May will ship at the end of May.

We aim to start dispatching your Quarterly subscription box within each quarter. For Example:

Your first quarter renewal in October will ship within that quarter (October – December)

Although we always aim for these dates, there are sometimes things outside of our control that may delay boxes slightly. If we do anticipate a delay, we will send out an update email to all subscribers.
